Compensation The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour Benefits
are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A
401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Benefit Customer
Service Representative Highlights The required availability for
this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM , with
occasional extended hours up to 11:00 PM during peak season No
weekend shifts — ever! During peak season: Full-time (40
hours/week) with potential overtime During off-peak: Hours may vary
between 32–40/week, based on client needs This is a remote
position, but candidates must live within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY
You must be able to pick up equipment on Day 1 and occasionally
attend in-person meetings or projects
