commercial building services company is seeking a dependable
Commercial HVAC Technician with strong commercial and industrial
experience. This role involves servicing and maintaining
large?scale HVAC and refrigeration systems at major client
facilities. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with 25
ton equipment, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to
perform independently in a mobile service environment. Key
Responsibilities Perform service, repair, and maintenance on
commercial/industrial HVAC systems (25 ton units) Diagnose and
troubleshoot heating, cooling, and refrigeration issues Complete
mobile service calls across assigned client locations Maintain
service logs, documentation, and communicate findings to customers
Support major commercial clients with high?quality service and
professionalism Participate in on?call rotation (1 week every 6
weeks) Ensure safe work practices and compliance with industry
standards Required: EPA Certification (Universal strongly
preferred) 5 years of commercial HVAC experience Hands?on
experience with large?tonnage equipment (25 tons) Proficiency in
refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC troubleshooting Valid
driver’s license and comfort working in a mobile/field environment
Strong communication, customer service, and client?facing skills
Compensation: $45.00/hr to $50.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary
based on several factors, including skills, experience, and
education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st
day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision
insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k
retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this
role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time
off as provided by applicable law.
