Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Installer with a minimum of two years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading home comfort systems, ensuring quality installations that meet safety and code regulations. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Take a lead role on projects, giving direction and support to the assigned team, working alongside our project managers. • Install, replace, and upgrade residential HVAC equipment, including gas furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, tankless water heaters, boilers, ductless systems, IAQ products and VRF. • Read and interpret schematics, and technical specifications. • Perform layout, assembly, and installation of ductwork, piping, and controls for residential HVAC systems. • Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Perform brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting as needed. • Coordinate with project managers and field supervisor. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients. • Complete required documentation, such as job reports and material orders. • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum two years of experience in residential HVAC. • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of HVAC systems. • Proficiency in reading wiring schematics and technical drawings. • Experience with ductwork installation, brazing, and pipe fitting. • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • EPA Universal Certification preferred. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus. • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions, including heights and tight spaces. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
