Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services in a
K-12 school setting located in Brockport, NY. This full-time role
offers a contract position from December 15, 2025, through June 25,
2026, working a 37.5-hour week to support student physical health
and development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy
evaluations and treatments tailored to K-12 students. Collaborate
with educators and support staff to develop individualized
education and therapy plans. Conduct 8-10 therapy sessions daily,
ensuring effective interventions. Maintain accurate documentation
of student progress and therapy goals. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. Desired
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of
New York. Experience providing physical therapy services in school
settings preferred. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently with
excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills to
work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
