Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a seasoned Senior Reactor Operator to enhance operational excellence at one of our industry-standard nuclear power plants. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency and extensive experience in nuclear reactor operations. As a Senior Reactor Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear reactors in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of safety, performance, and reliability our company upholds. Operate nuclear reactors during assigned shifts, complying with all facility safety standards and regulatory body requirements. Monitor and analyze reactor system parameters to ensure optimal performance. Implement operational procedures including startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance coordination to assure continuous plant reliability and safety. Provide training and support to reactor operators, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage documentation required by regulatory agencies including safety reports and operation logs.
