Job Description:

estate services, is seeking a Senior Mechanical and Robotics
Technician to join our dynamic Engineering & Maintenance team. In
this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the
mechanical and robotics systems that are critical to the
operational success of our commercial property investments. This
position requires a deep understanding of both mechanical systems
and advanced robotics, ensuring they are optimally functioning,
which in turn maximizes the value and efficiency of the properties
we manage and invest in. You will work closely with a team of
professionals in a technologically advanced environment where
innovation and forward-thinking are at the forefront of our
operations. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and
upgrades of mechanical and robotic systems within commercial
properties Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and
implement new technological solutions and improvements Record and
analyze system data to predict potential failures and propose
preventive measures Train and mentor junior technicians to build a
knowledgeable and skilled team Ensure compliance with safety
standards and regulatory requirements Manage project timelines and
budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Proven expertise in mechanical systems and robotics Strong
analytical skills and ability to work with complex technological
tools Excellent problem-solving capabilities Effective
communication and team collaboration skills Proficiency in relevant
software, including CAD and automation platforms Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance &
Reliability Technician (CMRT) Certified Automation Professional
(CAP) Preferably Further credentials in robotics or mechanical
systems
