Defense Overview Join our Military Aircraft Group’s Prismatic
Manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-precision
aerospace components. This position combines hands-on CNC
programming with process development and continuous improvement in
a fast-paced, high-impact manufacturing environment. Key
Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC milling processes for new
and existing parts Create CNC programs and detailed manufacturing
instructions Define operations, tooling, gauging, and machine
requirements Troubleshoot machining, tooling, workholding, and
inspection issues on the shop floor Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency
Review drawings and recommend design improvements Support program
prove-outs and production readiness Estimate setup/run times and
support cost proposals Mentor junior engineers and lead process
improvement initiatives Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience 6
years of relevant manufacturing/CNC programming experience Strong
CNC milling expertise, including multi-axis vertical and horizontal
machining centers Hands-on machine setup and operation experience
