Role Overview: Reporting into the VP of Growth, Acquisition & E-commerce, the Senior Director of Product for Growth & Acquisition will lead a team of experienced Product Managers; the team is building product experiences and infrastructure in order to expand the WW business across it's international markets in an exponential manner. This includes optimizing existing channels, nurturing ones that are in early stages for WW (such as SEO/ASO), and most importantly identifying and driving unrealized opportunities to create step-changes in the growth of the WW Membership business. You will be collaborating closely with our Brand, Research, and Marketing teams, understanding our various Design Targets and partnering with these teams to develop industry-best and innovative approaches to translating a 58+ year established brand (WW) into a comprehensive and exciting growth strategy. In short, WW is looking for an individual who can come in and take a team who is executing well against incremental optimization strategies to a whole other level; crafting and implementing a strategy which will exponentially grow our current efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop a balanced strategy and portfolio geared towards optimizing existing growth channels, nurturing emerging ones into their full potential and analyze our rich data sets to identify and lead the implementation of new growth opportunities Establish close working relationships with key leaders within our Brand, Marketing, Research, Design and Analytics teams in order to develop a shared vision and execution strategy leading to step-changes in growth Manage, develop and expand on a team of experienced Product Managers, supporting them in their own career development as well as balancing the team's execution towards the most promising opportunities at any given point Own / co-own aggressive goals for growth of the WW Membership business; Advise / collaborate on goals for E-commerce acquisition with key leaders within the broader team. Engage in weekly deep-dives with our business leadership (under the COO) to review growth numbers and collaborate to make course corrections as needed. Develop an understanding of existing pieces of infrastructure which supports your goals, identify gaps where additional investments are needed and partner with Tech/Business to propose solutions either for in-house development or third-party partnerships Drive a strong culture of hypothesis-driven experimentation with high learning velocity, working closely with your team and partners to test early and often, then scale and automate where possible - think lean, startup process. Requirements: 8-12 years of Agile Product Management / Product Ownership experience; at least 3-4 of those years in consumer facing (ideally with emphasis on mobile-first) Product Management role Proven track record working for at least 2-3 years within a high-growth (but still profitable) business, leading or closely collaborating on Growth Hacking strategies and execution leading to exponential growth Deep understanding of repeatable Omni-Channel Marketing tactics for Customer Acquisition (e.g. Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media etc.) Exceptional written and oral communication skills Exceptional organizational and analytical skills Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design Strong technical chops and ability to partner closely with engineers Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products Experience with membership business, monetization strategies and/or behavior change a plus Experience leading or closely collaborating on SEO / SEM / ASO strategies a strong plus At WW, it is our priority to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
