Job Description:

The HR Systems and Analytics Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and administration of company's human resource information systems. The position provides general oversight of HRIS programs and coordinate HRIS projects, as well as the development of enterprise-wide human capital metrics and reporting. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.Position RequirementsEducation/Experience:Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from a four-year college or university.Seven (7) to nine (9) years related experience.Three (3) years of senior or supervisory experience required.Management of cloud based HCM & Payroll systems required and interfaces. Implementation experience preferred.Strong knowledge of database management principles.Experience with large data sets and business intelligence tools.Advanced technology capabilities required, including Microsoft Excel (functions, macros).Experience with computer programming language and/or statistical tools strongly desired (ex: SQL, C++).Experience with data warehouse management, data modeling, integrations and using data visualization tools desired (ex: Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Must be able to keep a high level of confidentiality at all times.Must possess mathematical aptitude, exceptional analytical skills and strong PC skills including extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. When on the casino floor, the noise levels increase to loud. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted.Must be able to effectively understand and communicate to candidates and employees.Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino.Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
