RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must manage the maintenance department and preventative maintenance activity. Must take initiative for safety of the site overall and become an integral part of machine maintenance and preventative action. Must be responsible for guiding and coaching the maintenance team members. Follow OSHA guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must hold a Bachelor's degree. Must have at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance field. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in continuous flow manufacturing. Must have 5 years of supervisory experience managing a team. Must have strong electrical proficiency and use of ISO/IATF Quality System The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must have strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with maintenance, and industrial manufacturing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices, and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety in the workplace. Project Management experience preferred.
