Established and Growing Dynamic Health Care Medical Group seeks a Physician/Medical Doctor /MD in the Elmira / Ithaca New York area!

• Over 30 providers in the group, with 40k+ patients seen per year, over 12 years in business
  Benefits and Features
  • Up to $500,000/yr : $250-$300k Base Salary plus bonuses of $50-$200k
  • Work/Life Balance Hours 8 am - 4:30 pm

    The role you will Play
    • Nursing Home Based position managing Sub Acute and Long-Term Care patients
    • 1-2 facility visits per day Mon-Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm
    • 10-20 patients per day
      Background Profile Internal Medicine MD, Family Practice, Hospitalist, Geriatrician, Allopathic, Osteopathic Open to fellowship and residency candidates
