Job Description:

Essential Job Functions Responsible for primary front office duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks. Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

  • Welcomes all clients and visitors to the office
  • Checks patients in upon arrival
  • Schedules patient appointments
  • Answers and directs phone calls.
  • General typing, faxing, and filing
  • Scanning and attaching documents into the Electronic Medical Record
  • Maintains tidy and presentable front office, lobby, and main entrance.
  • Closes clinic at least two days per week What do I need to be successful in this role?
    • Computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
    • Experience with administrative office responsibilities such as filing, faxing and organizing of materials.
    • Customer Service experience.
    • Basic understanding of insurance and/or experience working in a medical office a plus Benefits at a glance:
