• Employment Type: Travel We are seeking a School Nurse looking for a comprehensive and rewarding experience. As a School Nurse, you will effectively provide health services for students, families and staff and act as an advocate, liaison and consultant on health-related issues within the school environment.
  
  Responsibilities
  These services may include administering medications according to doctor's orders, monitoring and care for seizures, tube feedings, ventilator support, suctioning, etc
  Other duties may include assessing the health care needs of children to foster an optimal learning environment, contributing to the IEP meetings, and working closely with other related service providers, such as PT, OT, Speech, Psychologist, etc
  Provide First Aid for daily incidents, make recommendations when necessary, and document all incidents
  
  Requirements:
  RN will possess a Nursing Degree, RN Licensure in the State of NY
  RN should have excellent attention to detail regarding document submission, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
