Job Title: Registered NurseJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Niagara Falls, NY. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and IV infusions, while carefully observing patients' responses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
  • Proficiency in using the Oracle EMR system is preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
