*Job Title:* Dialysis RN*Location:* Baycreek Dialysis, 2010 Empire Blvd, Webster, NY 14580*Department:* RN Dialysis*Pay Range:* $55 - $65 per hour*Shift:* Day (8:30 AM 5:00 PM); must be flexible within operating hours of 5:15 AM 10:00 PM*Job Type:* Full-Time*Overview:*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our team in Webster, NY. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a strong background in dialysis care. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment and be open to floating to nearby locations as needed.*Key Responsibilities:** Deliver direct patient care to dialysis patients in accordance with established policies and procedures* Operate and manage Fresenius dialysis machines, including stringing and setting up equipment* Manage a 4-patient POD independently, ensuring safety and quality standards* Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment and respond to any medical concerns* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes* Document patient information accurately and timely* Maintain a clean and safe working environment* Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols*Schedule Requirements:** Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 5:15 AM and 10:00 PM* 8 or 10-hour shifts; flexibility required* Rotating Saturdays* Must be available to float to other locations as needed*Qualifications:** Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State* Minimum 1 year of dialysis nursing experience required* Proficient in operating Fresenius dialysis machines* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and patient care skills* Ability to work independently and within a team environmentJob Types: Travel nursing, ContractPay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekMedical Specialty:* DialysisPhysical Setting:* Clinic* Hospital* JCAHO accredited facility* Long term careApplication Question(s):* What is your preferred email ID?* What is your preferred time for a phone call?Experience:* Dialysis nursing: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* RN License for NY State (Preferred)* BLS Certification (Preferred)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Webster, NY 14580 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Webster, NY 14580: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
