NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

Facility: URMC Strong Memorial Hospital
Shift: 12H Rotating Shifts, non-negotiable, block booking not available.
Agency switches not allowed by facility.
Plans and provides nursing care for patients.
-Makes nursing diagnosis of the medical and emotional status of patients and recommends treatment options.
-Consults with psychiatrists and other behavioral health staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients.
-Arranges further medical attention when necessary.
-Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients.
-Documents all patient information on medical charts and follows physicians written orders.
-Maintains accurate records and documentation of patient treatments immunizations and laboratory results according to standard medical recordkeeping.
-Performs administrative assignments such as filing answering phones typing and completing\nprogress notes in the computer system.
-Provides courteous high quality service to patients and members of the public by personally responding to requests for service or making appropriate referral.
Telemetry Experience Required
SMH Level 1 RN Psych ER Schedule- D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES Weekends/Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs
Ability to report within 30 minutes to on call shift. NURSE's Etc. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
