Job Description: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
(Nursing) Shift Type: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Guaranteed
Hours: 36 hours/week Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (06/23/2025 –
09/20/2025) Responsibilities . Monitor and assess patient
conditions, including cardiac telemetry monitoring. Administer
medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Document
patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
(Epic preferred). Assist in ICU or Emergency Department when
floated, limited to MedSurg-level patients or supportive roles.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and
infection control standards.
