(American Heart Association) Must-Have: Telemetry experience,
Ventilator experience Description: This position involves providing
care in a long-term care unit. The unit consists of an adult
population on ventilators and pediatric patients, both
ventilator-dependent and non-ventilator dependent. The diverse
patient population includes a variety of medical and surgical
diagnoses. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate positive communication skills,
flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to teamwork. The work
environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and resilience.
Preferred candidates will have significant experience working in
ventilator settings.
