Job Description Join our Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic in Tonawanda NY, just/na short distance from the vibrant city of Buffalo. We’re seeking a/ndedicated and compassionate Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead our/npractice. Joint Ownership is an option for those interested but not a requirement. As Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director, you’ll provide/nexceptional medical leadership, foster a collaborative team environment,/noversee veterinarians, and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations. /nYou’ll also spearhead the advancement of medical practices by managing surgical/nand medical cases, maintaining protocols, and ensuring the continuous education/nand licensure of our veterinary team. Collaborating with the Hospital Manager, you’ll oversee the/nfinancial performance of the hospital, including budget preparation, revenue/nmanagement, and strategic planning. Monitoring key financial reports will/nbe essential to drive the success of our practice. In addition to leading the recruitment process for/nveterinarians and team members, you’ll mentor and train staff, develop/ncompliance protocols, and facilitate a positive workplace culture. Your/nleadership will be instrumental in maximizing team performance and ensuring/nhigh-quality patient care. As a part of dynamic team of 13 doctors and a large support/nteam, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving practice growth and community/nengagement. Partnering with the Hospital Manager, you’ll implement/ninnovative strategies to enhance client service, marketing initiatives and/noverall practice success. Join our state-of-the-art facility equipped with the modern/namenities including exam rooms, treatment areas, in-house laboratory, digital/nradiology, ultrasound, and advanced medical equipment. As a valued member/nof the team, you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional veterinary care to our/nloyal clientele.
