working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Shift: Day and Night Rotation Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 1 year required License: Current New York RN license
required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: Epic
charting experience required Description: MUST HAVE NEW YORK
LICENSE IN HAND - NO EXCEPTIONS. Specialty:
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN. Shift: 4x12 Days/Nights. Weekend:
Every other weekend required. Holidays: Must be available for some
holidays. First-time travelers accepted. Locals are not accepted;
candidates must be more than 75 miles away. Must be able to manage
a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7. Unit size is 26 beds. Cares
primarily for patients with congestive heart failure, acute
myocardial infarctions, post-device care (pacemakers), and patients
with arrhythmias. Cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills
are needed, including interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias. Knowledge of rapid response and code teams is
essential. IV therapy and phlebotomy skills are required.
Candidates should be familiar with peripheral line care and
management. Experience with respiratory support, such as nasal
cannula and oxygen face masks, is important. Knowledge of
non-invasive airway management and portable oxygen tanks is
necessary. Must be experienced in isolation precautions. Floating
to other units is required. Total staffed beds in the facility are
