Job Title: Surgical ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts (Day/Evening/Night) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Two (2) years ICU acute care experience License: RN License (New York) Certifications: BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Telemetry experience Description: We are seeking a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position focuses on critically ill neuro patients requiring specialized nursing and medical care. Common patient diagnoses include traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies. The facility features a brand new state-of-the-art, 12 bed ICU. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Staying current in knowledge of critical care is essential. Telemetry experience is required.
