Job Description Job Description Clinical Supervisor - Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment - Newfane, NY Job Type: Full-Time Location: Newfane, NY, US Job Summary & Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will oversee all clinical operations of an inpatient-based substance use disorder treatment program under the direction of the Clinical Director. This role is responsible for supervising, directing, and monitoring clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, family-focused substance abuse treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor provides individual and group counseling, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, and aftercare planning while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on continuum-of-care decisions; supervising clinical assessments, caseload assignments, and treatment scheduling; reviewing and approving all clinical documentation; conducting quality assurance and quality improvement activities; evaluating staff performance; ensuring proper training on clinical curricula; participating in case conferences and program development; serving as a liaison with families; and supporting program expansion and improvement. On-call duties and weekend shifts are included.
