Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,276 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Boarder RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Shifts, Holidays, On Call, Callback, Weekends as needed Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: - 2 years of Med/Surg experience - Telemetry experience License: - Valid RN License Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS Must-Have: - NYS RN License - 2 years of Med/Surg experience - Telemetry experience - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification - NIHSS Certification Description: This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department that manages over 100,000 visits a year. It is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. The department is responsible for treating a diverse patient population with a wide variety of diagnoses. Nurses will only be responsible for the care of Med/Surg boarder patients. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5 with assistive personnel available. No Emergency Department experience is required.
