Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Position Summary The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for providing competent, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical standards. Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and evidence-based research, the RN II assumes an expanded role that may include responsibilities such as charge nurse duties, precepting staff, and participating in committees. Qualifications & Requirements - Current New York State RN License (required) - Minimum two (2) years of Registered Nurse experience - Telemetry experience required - BLS certification (American Heart Association only) Schedule Requirements - Rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights – D/E/N) - Every Other Weekend (EOW) - Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge responsibilities as unit needs require - No straight shift schedules available
