Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg Level I for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Acute Care Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Full-time position working 36 hours per week plus 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks /n• Work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts /n• Provide direct nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations with medical conditions /n• Apply nursing knowledge and technical skills in delivering high-quality compassionate care /n• Assess patient and family needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care delivery /n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians and healthcare staff /n• Provide patient and family education for self-care beyond hospitalization /n• Promote comfort and provide emotional support in a healing environment /n• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as required /n• Document patient care and education provided /n• Participate in quality improvement activities and self-evaluation of practice /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA or RQI only), NIHSS /n• New York State RN licensure required /n• Minimum 1 year experience in Med/Surg environment as a Registered Nurse required /n• Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens reasonably anticipated /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as a comprehensive medical center providing acute care services to the community.
