Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,914 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified PCU RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! ```htmlJob Opportunity – IMCU Registered Nurse – New York Start Date: March 10, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 Night Shifts, Every Other Weekend Highlights: 26-bed Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) within a 528-bed tertiary care hospital Critical care step-down environment with continuous telemetry and pulse-oximetry monitoring Diverse patient population including post-surgical, ICU step-downs, and acute medical patients requiring specialized care Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, arterial lines, central lines, and titrated IV infusions EPIC charting system; 24 hours of paid orientation provided Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy Requirements: Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (no exceptions) Minimum 1 year of recent IMCU, PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience required BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required EPIC charting experience is mandatory Experience managing patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:7 Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, peripheral and central line care, and respiratory support (nasal cannula, oxygen masks, non-invasive airway management) Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility Willingness to float to ICU or Medical-Surgical units as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Intermediate Care Unit offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population.
