In role terms, you’ll deliver critical Med Surg nursing across adult medical-surgical patients, partnering with RNs, physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to implement care plans, monitor vitals, administer medications, manage tubes and drains, assist with procedures, perform accurate charting, and provide clear education to patients and families. You’ll be central to identifying changes in patient status early, escalating concerns, and coordinating safe discharges with appropriate follow-up.
