Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – New York Start Date: March 3, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 rotating shifts (alternating 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM and 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), every other weekend required Highlights: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit requiring interpretation and management of dysrhythmias EPIC charting system experience required Contract start date March 3, 2026 with rotating 12-hour shifts Floating to other units may be required as needed Up to 5 billable hours for pre-start module completion First-time travelers welcome to apply Requirements: Active New York RN license in hand at time of submission (required) Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience Current BLS certification EPIC charting system experience (hard requirement) Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Experience with Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility Maximum 10 days of requested time off during contract period Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Medical-Surgical/Telemetry position offers the chance to work with a diverse patient population while utilizing your critical thinking and cardiac monitoring skills.
