Job Description Gynecologist (GYN Only) $50K Sign-On Bonus | Robotic Surgery | No OB Call A leading integrated health system in Western New York is seeking a Gynecologist (GYN Only) to join a collaborative women’s health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to focus exclusively on gynecologic care and surgery in a supportive, physician-friendly environment with access to advanced robotic technology and strong clinical resources. This role offers the ability to build a robust surgical practice while maintaining a balanced lifestyle; no obstetrics, no deliveries, and no prenatal care responsibilities. Position Highlights - 100% Gynecology practice - No OB call, deliveries, or prenatal care - Access to DaVinci robotic surgical technology - Collaborative team environment with: - 6 OB/GYN physicians - 6 Advanced Practice Providers - 2 dedicated laborists supporting obstetrics - Opportunity to provide care in regional outpatient clinics while performing surgeries at the primary medical center - Established patient base and strong referral network Compensation & Benefits - $300,000 – $320,000 base salary - $50,000 sign-on bonus - Productivity incentive opportunities - CME stipend and dedicated CME days - Relocation assistance - Employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive benefits package including: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer-paid short and long-term disability - Group life insurance - Paid parental leave - Tuition assistance for employees and dependents - 403(b) retirement plan with employer match plus pension plan Candidate Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license - DEA certification Physicians at all career stages are encouraged to apply, including new graduates and experienced surgeons.
