Doctor of Medicine | Pain Medicine Location: Canandaigua, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician for a locum opportunity in New York. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-supported outpatient setting with a strong procedural focus. Assignment Details: Start Date: April 20, 2026 Duration: 26 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Call: Office call only (after hours & weekends) Setting: Outpatient clinic with some OR coverage Practice Highlights: Ambulatory pain management setting Support staff includes secretary and LPN Mix of clinic and procedural work Coverage may include clinic and OR setting Procedures Required: Epidural Steroid Injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Medial Branch Blocks (MBB) Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) Nerve Blocks (various types) Trigger Point & Sacroiliac Joint Injections Spinal Cord Stimulator (trials only) Genicular procedures, Intercostal nerve blocks, Piriformis injections Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management Active New York License (required) BLS Certification Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management EPIC experience required Additional Info: No inpatient responsibilities Standard daytime schedule with manageable call Professional work environment with strong team collaboration
