Job Description OBGYN opening - Bradford, PALocated 75m to BuffaloJ1/H1 EligiblePosition Details - Full-time, permanent - Employed - Mostly outpatient on-call privileges at local hospital. - Community shared OBGYN call schedule - FQHC w/ NHSC loan repayment - Flex Schedules: 8 or 10 hour shifts - Clinics are outpatient and provide services to rural areas with the underserved population. - Responsible for providing medical care to women relating to pregnancy or childbirth; responsible for treating, testing, diagnosing and monitoring diseases and provide general care to women. Job Duties - Provide care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods. - Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions. - Prescribe appropriate medications to treat patients in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy. - Perform pap smears, pelvic and breast exams. - Conduct mood and emotional well-being assessments during post-partum appointment. - Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel. - Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes. - Educate patients on importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed. - Educate patients on disease prevention and reproductive health. - Demonstrate effective and detailed written documentation skills. - Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout - Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients. - Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed.
