Job Description:

Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient permanent opening in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY near Canandaigua.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
M-F, Full-time 40 hours a week
Call 1 week every 7-8 weeks (phone only) - Secure text from answering service and then the clinician calls them back (light volume)
Will see all ages
Typically, see approx. 18 ppd
EMR is ECW
Seeking candidates with Family Practice outpatient experience and comfortable working independently
Salary 120-150k depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, and eligible for loan repayment through HRSA
