We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled bartenders to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing our menu and beverage offerings. If you’re passionate about mixology, hospitality, and working in a lively, dynamic setting, this is the role for you! What will I do? - Welcome guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders - Plan drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials - Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to order - Build a rapport with guests by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere - Check identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol Required Qualifications: - 1 or more years of bartending experience in an upscale and/or fine dining establishment - Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and related specialty beverages Preferred Qualifications: - Certification of training in liquor, wine, food service and/or alcohol awareness programs - Completion of a reputable bartending course - Experience creating craft cocktails Note: This is a tipped position. Pay is the NYS minimum for tipped employees ($10.35/hr. plus $5.15/hr. tip credit when applicable) plus tips.
