Job Description Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Unit: ICU Stepdown Schedule-D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedule - Weekends, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE Requirements - MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE/PCU EXPERIENCE - BLS - High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience required - Telemetry Experience Required - RN License (NY License ONLY) - Two (2) Years Experience Needs experience in Q1 neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, sub-dural drains, 3%NS and cardene drips, arterial lines, carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm coil/clips, DBS Insertion (Deep Brain Stimulator), VP shunts, seizures.
