Do you have a passion for providing guests with an exceptional
dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a
Restaurant Manager who is dedicated, ambitious and seeks
opportunities to grow their career. As a Restaurant Manager, you
will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and
service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house
employees. The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role
that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including: -
Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction -
Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of
guests at all times - Understanding, managing, and practicing safe
food-handling procedures - Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and
training front-of-house staff - All other duties as assigned
Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent - A minimum of 1
year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is
preferred - ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred -
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution
skills - Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment -
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - Ability to stand, walk,
