Job Description:

Human Resources Coordinator This Full Time position will provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resource Department on a variety of matters for the employees of the Medical Center and Schoellkopf Health Center. This will include but not be limited to the coordination of employment interviews, reference and all required back ground and licensure checks, benefit enrollment preparation, new hire orientation schedules for new employees. Assists with job postings and other duties related to accurate record retention within the Human Resource Office. EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline required. Bachelor's degree preferred.Additionally: A minimum 1 3 years administrative experience within a HR department required Specific healthcare related experience is preferred Familiarity with the diversity of daily operations of the HR function and general HR job duties Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products; able to produce information in spreadsheets, documents, forms, tables, and presentations.
