INTERNSHIP PROGRAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT INTERN (NEW YORK, BOSTON
– HYBRID) “Imagine the possibilities of your future” Spend six
weeks immersed in the world of Cornerstone Research through our
Imagine Internship Program. This comprehensive program offers
rising seniors a unique opportunity to explore various corporate
functions and experience our firm culture firsthand. We are
particularly interested in considering applicants who are
first-generation college students. We designed this program to
empower students with varied perspectives and experiences to thrive
in a professional setting. By fostering adaptability, cultural
understanding, and resilience, we aim to cultivate your
professional growth. Through mentorship and skill-building, we are
committed to unlocking your potential and creating pathways to
future career success. It is not required for you to be deeply
familiar with the functions of your potential role, as our Summer
Internship program will guide you through learning about your
assigned role and department. HOW YOU’LL HELP OUR TEAM SUCCEED Key
responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Shadowing,
executing, and coordinating key Learning & Development projects to
learn and understand internal and external processes. Through
partnering with the Learning & Development Team, you will:
Understand the operational structure of the organization and the
key roles Learning & Development plays within a Consulting Firm.
Assist in building out the Performance Review System structure
including setting up roles, departments and forms. Test the system
to ensure it functions correctly, reporting any issues and
performing quality assurance checks. Assist with building reports
and dashboards for consulting teams and talent groups. Understand,
maintain, and update the Learning Management System (LMS). Assist
in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs and
workshops. Support the development of learning materials, including
presentations, e-learning content, and handbooks. Other tasks as
assigned QUALIFICATIONS If the Imagine Internship Program sounds

enthusiastic individuals for our Summer Intern role. Our
qualifications are as follows: In your junior year of an
undergraduate degree; with an expected graduation date of December
2026 – June 2027 Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development
through coursework, campus club participation, prior internships,
volunteer work or other similar activities Familiarity with
Microsoft Office Familiarity with Canva or Adobe products is a plus
Excellent academic performance and campus leadership experience
Must be willing to participate in the full 6-week program from June
29, 2026 – August 7, 2026 Must live within commuting distance of
the Cornerstone Research office, where the intern position will be

Cornerstone Research office location for this role. COMPENSATION
For all positions across all locations, we are offering a set
hourly rate of $22.00/hr for 40 hours per week for 6 weeks; interns
are paid bi-weekly. While a return offer is not guaranteed
post-internship, this opportunity will help to expose you/hone your
skill set for future opportunities at Cornerstone Research or
