This position focuses on providing timely and efficient transportation solutions to our customers in the Northeastern United States, guaranteeing critical delivery schedules are met with professionalism and safety. As part of our driving team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for operational excellence and superior customer service. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to deliver goods to customers on scheduled routes Maintain accurate and up-to-date log books and electronic data on deliveries Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure proper maintenance and safety Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety standards during every aspect of each journey Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to ensure all customer concerns and delivery changes are reported promptly Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed, ensuring secure and efficient cargo handling Proven ability to navigate route planning and adjustment software Strong time management skills to adhere to predetermined schedules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of traffic laws and regulations Physical ability to handle manual labor when required in loading and unloading shipments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid CDL-A license Clean driving record Current DOT medical card
