Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing
industry, is seeking Machine Operator's to join their team. As an
Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting
the packaging and sanitation teams. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive
approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Machine Operator Location: Avon, NY Pay Range: Starting at
$20.11/hr. Shift: 2nd shift: 230pm-10:30pm OR 3rd shift:
10:30pm-6:30am What's the Job? Make adjustments and corrections to
maintain product quality and equipment performance Monitor
equipment and make necessary adjustments to stay within defined
parameters Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machinery and
work areas, including disassembly and reassembly for cleaning
Verify code dates and OM numbers of products versus schedule
information to ensure compliance Refill product as needed What's
Needed? Previous Machine Operator experience Basic math skills Able
to work in a cold environment and provide warm clothing Able to
acquire steel toe work shoes Able to work any mandated overtime
Able to lift up to 50lbs Reliable transportation Strong
communication skills to report equipment performance and issues
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team
environment Upon completion of waiting period, associates are
