Job Description Job Description Located in Wyoming , MN Salary: $19 Hour Composite Manual Trimming Technician / Grinding - $19/Hour Position Overview Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking motivated and detail?oriented candidates for Composite Trimming Technician openings in Wyoming . Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Wyoming Benefits (Available from Day One) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Complete all grinding operations for each individual part Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials as required Operate and observe robotic equipment to detect malfunctions or non?conforming conditions Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications Record activities and production data in the computer system Qualifications Able to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and QC equipment Stable work history with strong attention to detail American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) Technician Certification preferred Familiarity with ISO lamination standards (experience and certifications may increase compensation) HS Diploma or equivalent required Lean Manufacturing Certification or equivalent preferred, with demonstrated proficiency using lean problem?solving and engineering tools Able to lift 50 lbs and move with agility while performing tasks Equipment Used Small tools, air/hand tools, saws, drills, grinders, and utility knives (used when fiberglass is still wet).
