Job Description Job Description General Production Worker Job Description As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the plant that do not involve operating a forklift. Your duties will include stacking products, wrapping and palletizing, building custom skids, and using a manual pallet jack to move materials. You will also be packing cardboard materials into boxes and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities Stack products and wrap them for shipment. Palletize and build custom skids. Use a manual pallet jack to transport materials. Pack cardboard materials into boxes and prepare them for shipment. Inspect and ensure quality of packed products. Work with industrial or manufacturing equipment. Engage in general labor tasks throughout the warehouse. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, packaging, and inspection. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand on feet all day. Self-motivated with a long-term commitment to growth within the company. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operation and working with industrial equipment. Interest in growing with the company. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
