Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Wyoming , MN Salary: $22.00 an hour Cab Line Assembler - $22.00/Hour Evaluation-to-Hire | 1st Shift | Wyoming, MN Manufacturing/Assembly | Weekly Pay Position Overview Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking multiple Cab Line Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Wyoming, MN . This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and building high?quality products from the ground up. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM Friday OT as needed Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Wyoming, MN Screening: Drug screen required; no background check Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Install interior metal and vinyl trim, speakers, and dome lights in cab. Crimp and connect wires and electrical components; route harnesses in and under cab; pin and depin connectors. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Wire air pumps, dash components, and fuse box to complete electrical systems within the cab. Install seats, light bars, warning lights, cameras, and additional cab components. Install floor matting and insulation on both interior and exterior cab surfaces. Build door assemblies including regulators, mirrors, rods, locks, and door glass. Install HVAC systems including condensers, evaporators, vents, and coolant lines. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs. Qualifications Ability to read blueprints Ability to read and work from diagrams and spec books Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Experience assembling tractors, boats, cars, or similar vehicles preferred Low-voltage experience preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to identify quality issues and adapt to process changes Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Ability to crouch, kneel, stoop, bend, twist, reach, and squat Equipment Used Hand tools, wire stripper/crimper, utility knife, cordless drill, pneumatic tools, drill bits and taps, tape measure.
