Join us at Liberty Home Care and receive the following benefits by working at least 20 hours a week:

1. Paid Time Off: 19 days off in your first year!

2. Holiday Pay: Holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

3. Health Insurance Buy-Out: $250 every quarter you don't take our health insurance. That's an extra $1,000 in your pocket yearly. If you need Health Insurance, we have plans with no payroll cost to you effective on your first day of employment.

4. Retention Bonus: $250 retention bonus after your first 6 months of employment as long as you work at least 15 hours every week.

5. Referral Bonus: You will receive a $50 Visa gift card for every PCA you refer to us who is hired and remains employed for 3 months.

6. Dental & Vision Insurance: Don't need medical but can use dental or vision insurance - we've got plans that start on your first day of employment.

7. AFLAC plans: Several options are available to you, can pay through payroll for convenience.

We have assignments throughout Niagara County, the northern and southern suburbs. Duties include personal care and hygiene, eating, dressing, cleaning and laundry.
