What You'll Do The Senior Industrial Process Engineer will work closely with our materials and equipment in order to engineer the processes that enable us to meet our customer needs. This role is a critical resource for the Company's furnacing, crushing, grinding and sifting processes and equipment. Responsible for maximizing existing processes as well as designing new ones Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement Meet with Production Managers to assess existing processes Develop plans to reduce costs and improve production rates Design and test process upgrades Work closely with maintenance personnel and external contractors to maximize quality and production Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends What You'll Need To be successful in this position, you must: Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ceramic/Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Engineering and 5+ years of experience Have in depth knowledge of a variety of industrial processes Experience in designing tooling, conveyance systems, material separation and sizing is desirable Develop safe and effective processes to meet customer needs Have a strong commitment to continuous improvement with a great track record of success in process improvement Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment Have a commitment to safety Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compensation We proudly offer robust compensation and benefits packages, including: Competitive pay World-class medical and dental plans Employer-sponsored retirement plan Company-paid life insurance Immediate paid vacation and generous holiday time Family-friendly sick and personal leave policies Opportunities for career development Interested?
