Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Buffalo, NY
Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $25/hr

Position Description:
As the Quality Assurance Team lead, you will lead a team of eight technicians in quality assurance tasks, including providing training, guidance, and scheduling. You will use your expertise in metrology, utilizing tools such as calipers and micrometers, and be proficient in interpreting blueprints. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role, providing training, guidance, and scheduling for a team of technical associates. Previous experience working as a technician and familiarity with metrology, including the use of calipers and micrometers, as well as reading blueprints, is required. The role involves supervising a team of eight QA technicians, managing three rooms including a test bed in the north room, and coordinating setups for mechanical testing. Candidates with a technical degree and the ability to serve as a backup to a supervisor will be strongly considered.
