Job Description The Inside Sales Representative provides
constant customer contact, building and enhancing business
relationships. As an Inside Sales Representative you play a key
role in working with customers in an assigned territory on a
day-to-day basis and in meeting the highest standards of customer
service. You are responsible for contacting existing customers and
sourcing new customers & prospects within your assigned territory,
selling the company's products, services and training to meet sales
targets. ICC is a team that strongly believes in the knowledge and

pursue opportunities that exceed our customer's expectations with
custom cost-effective solutions. Inside Sales Representative Duties
and Responsibilities Proactively contact current, past and
potential customers with aim of maximizing sales potential through
prospecting and cold calling Develop existing customers into new
business opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling Manage sales
contacts by implementing a regular call schedule to customers
ensuring communication lines are open, all questions and concerns
are answered and dealt with appropriately Actively participate in
company sales promotions, and assist in development of the sales
skills of other staff Record all outgoing activity for follow-up,
lead tracking and pipeline development efforts in CRM software, as
this will form the basis of your opportunity tracking, lead
development and subsequent sales recording Provide regular reports
to management regarding feedback from customers Develop and
maintain a good understanding of company product line, including
learning the key features and benefits to determine appropriate
product/service in a particular market Make use of all tools
provided to maximize sales potential Achieve individual and team
sales and profit targets provided Collect contact names and
information regarding other locations to be passed on to other
members of the sales team Participate in staff meetings, attend
other meetings and seminars Suggest new and better ways to improve
systems, procedures, and customer relations Assist with other
departments occasionally and as required Inside Sales
Representative Qualifications College diploma or higher, plus at
least 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in an
inside sales environment Knowledge of IATA, 49CFR, WHMIS, TDG, OSHA
and DOT regulations an asset Excellent customer relationship skills
Strong desire to find and develop new business Tenacious sales
professional with cold calling experience Resourceful and
self-motivated to reach and exceed monthly sales quota Ability to
solve practical problems by applying analytical reasoning Excellent
telephone, telemarketing and customer service skills Excellent
written and oral communication skills Proficient in Microsoft
Windows, Microsoft Office, ACCPAC and CRM systems Benefits Medical
