Duties and Responsibilities: Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Set and meet goals and objectives set by leadership Follow up on cold and warm leads Improve skills to increase success rates Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires Act as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial. Reps need to know when to talk and when to listen. Representatives will also learn how to listen for common objections and utilize training to overcome them. Mathematical: Math skills can be useful on the sales front. Reps will often have to calculate percentages, prices, and discounts quickly and accurately. These are very basic and included in the training. Teamwork: Many representatives work in a teamwork environment. They may have to interact with operations, marketing or other team members to meet goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the representative in effectively working in a team environment. Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once Strong organizational skills and attention to detailJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits: Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Profit sharingSchedule: Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Signing bonusWork Location: One location
