Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: LCSW Behavioral Health Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Westfield, PA (onsite) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work Hours: DAYS - 8HR; Tuesday Saturday or Sunday Thursday (one weekend shift required) Total Weekly Hours: 40 About the Role: The Counselor I supports clients recovering from substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and co occurring issues. This role includes providing assessments, facilitating groups, supporting treatment planning, and offering crisis intervention. Schedule: Tuesday Saturday or Sunday Thursday (one weekend shift required) o 8:30 am 5:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group and family sessions Document client progress and update care plans Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams Deliver education to clients, families, and the community Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in social or health services (required) Counseling internship/practicum experience (required) ACCEPTABLE Disciplines - LCSW, LPC with addictions recovery experience Must be licensed in PA
