***Travel RN Supervisor***_*Job Duties:*_* Creates an environment that supports professional development of staff. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of healthcare delivery for assigned shifts. Provides professional coaching and mentoring to staff.* Provides clinical and leadership expertise. For their assigned shifts, ensures staff accountability for professional practice.* Bases actions and decisions on ethical principles.
