Neuro Medicine ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU RN Duration: 13
weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2
years of ICU acute care experience License: RN License (New York
Only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS
(American Heart Association), Telemetry Experience Required
Must-Have: - RN License (New York Only) - BLS Certification - ACLS
Certification - Two years of ICU experience - Telemetry experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational
skills Description: This position is for a Neuro Medicine ICU
Registered Nurse. The focus is on critically ill neuro patients who
require specialized nursing and medical care. Patient diagnoses
include traumatic brain injuries, aneurysms, status epilepticus,
strokes, and other critical neurologic conditions. This is a brand
new state-of-the-art ICU with 12 beds. The nurse will demonstrate
strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
It is essential to remain current in knowledge of critical care.
